Information for venues

Year on year we are extending our tours to more locations across the country and we are always on the lookout for new open-air venues. If you are interested in booking The Pantaloons for your venue then please contact us for more information.

If you need further persuasion take a look at the press quotes elsewhere on the site and bear the following in mind (we are very different from other touring Shakespeare companies)...

10 reasons why you should book The Pantaloons:

  • We ask for no money from you. We work on a box office split, which means both companies want maximum audience numbers.
  • We do our own PR, which will get your venue more exposure in national and local press along with radio and consumer magazines.
  • We make no demands - we even bring a picnic for ourselves
  • Our shows are unique and family friendly and the productions are unsurpassable.
  • The people you liaise with at this stage are the people that will be performing on the night.
  • We provide you with all the marketing materials you will need.
  • We can sell our own tickets if needed
  • We are lovely people and work hard to get big audiences for shows that everyone will enjoy
  • We provide a total theatre experience - the cast do their own crowd management, sell programmes and warm-up the audience with songs and comedy before the main show even starts.
What our venues say about us:

"I cannot tell you how well your performance has been received. I have never had so much praise for an event."
Ufton Court, Reading, Berkshire

"The performance was magnificent and it seems the word is spreading already as people are ringing to ask if there will be a repeat next year."
Trull House, Tetbury, Gloucestershire

"We were extremely impressed with the originality and creativity of the production and your extremely professional attitude. The uniqueness of your performance will enable us to unlock new audiences and allow people to enjoy the very essence of Shakespeare."
Godinton House, Ashford, Kent

"From our initial meetings through to the end of their run The Pantaloons were a delight to work with. They had great attention to detail with all their paperwork and submitted everything in a well thought out fashion. We had much positive feedback from the audience on how open and inclusive the company had made Shakespeare."
