The Canterbury Tales - the pilgrimage ends Yes, it's all over. Three months of non-stop pilgrimaging have finally come to an end. We hope you got to see our critically-acclaimed version of The Canterbury Tales. The Stage called it "dazzlingly daft", the Gloucestershire Echo called it "hilarious", and the Southend Echo called it "a theatrical romp so entertaining that you totally forget the flowers and the scenery and let the champagne go flat." We hope you agree that it was just a little bit special. How are we going to top it next year...?

Summer tour 2012 Our summer 2012 productions will be The Importance of Being Earnest and Grimm Fairy Tales. We give you permission to be very excited. If you know a great venue near you at which you'd like us to perform, then please contact them and recommend us - that way we're more likely to be there next summer! More soon...

20/06/2011 - The Canterbury Tales - the pilgrimage has begun

The Squire

That's right, The Pantaloons' hilarious new version of The Canterbury Tales is now on the road and coming soon to a venue near you.

We began our pilgrimage last week in Southwark - only a short distance from where Chaucer's pilgrims started their own journey - with our preview shows at The Scoop, More London. Huge crowds and standing ovations are enough to convince us that the show is more than a little special...

You can read a review of our performance at Anglesey Abbey in Cambridge here.

Gather your own group of pilgrims, pack a picnic and come enjoy some midsummer medieval madness on an epic scale.

This week we're coming to Harlow, Brighton, Midhurst, Montacute and Northampton and then we're off all over the place. For a full list of tour dates and to book tickets click here now.

Remember to get your tickets in advance and save up to 25% off on-the-door prices. We look forward to seeing you soon.
